Local Partnership
Nyeri Hospice has been able to network with other health institution and non governmental organization with an objective to offer quality palliative care. Such institutions are:
Ministry of health and Nyeri Provincial General Hospital, and municipal council of Nyeri.

The accounts firm have been auditing Nyeri Hospice accounts for free.

KEHPCA

The organization was registered on 29th November 2005 with an aim to harmonize palliative care and to promote standards for hospice and palliative care by bringing in a common forum of all organizations in involved in such activities throughout Kenya.
KEHPCA’s Vision: Quality Palliative Care for All
Mission: To promote and support acceptable, accessible and affordable quality palliative care throughout Kenya
Goal: To improve the quality of life of persons affected with life threatening illnesses and their families

Satellite Hospices
We have started a satellite Hospice in Nyahururu (100km away) which is now fully operational and autonomous. We have also started a palliative care center at Murang’a District Hospital (65 Km away) and follow ups are being done once a month. Nyeri Hospice has made Mount Kenya region of Central Kenya realize palliative care services to the community.

Other Upcoming Hospice

Embu—Mbeere Hospice. It offers its services from Embu PGH since year 2008.
 
Laikipia Palliative Care Centre (LPCC) offers it's services from Nanyuki District hospital and  mobile hospice at Naibo, Laikipia North district. 

International Partnership

Touch of Grace Hospice – US
The partnership was established in year 2006 under the twinning programme through the Foundation for Hospice in Sub-Saharan Africa (FHSSA). The partnership has an objective of uplifting quality of care through resource and information sharing.

Nairobi Hospice Holland
The group has been supporting purchase of general drugs and medical supplies for many years.

 
Wheels for the World
This is an organisation based in U.K which has been distributing wheel chairs and walking aids for free to persons with physical disability. This is usually done in alternate years. More than 360 wheelchairs and other walking aids were distributed at Nyeri Hospice from 13th -20th November 2008.

Hospice Care Kenya
Nyeri Hospice has received numerous support from Hospice Care Kenya, a trust based in UK with an aim to solicit funds for Hospices in Kenya.
